For confirmation of booking at securing deposit of 20% of the total cost is require. Check in times are between 3.00pm and 7.00pm should your arival time for any reason fall outside of the latest check in time ( 7.00pm ) arrangements should be made atleast 2 weeks prior to your arival date.

Cancellation Policy

For bookings of a week or more we require 60 days notice for a full refund on your booking. Should this not be the case and cancellation falls under this 60 day period then a refund may be made minus the 20% deposite.
